1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the nam4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of a Player's Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. nam4d strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of any employee of nam4d or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the nam4d platform, whether at your own request or as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that makes your use of the platform unlawful.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services offered by nam4d, Players must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the nam4d platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nam4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify nam4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• KYC verification: nam4d is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before a Player may place their first wager. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting nam4d customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nam4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdraw als made by Players:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. nam4d reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
• Accepted deposit methods: nam4d accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to issuer approval.
• Processing time: Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfers are credited within minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) and may take longer outside those hours or on public holidays.
• Deposit ownership: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• No deposit fees: nam4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nam4d bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name. nam4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. The majority of withdrawals are completed same-day during WIB banking hours.
• Wagering requirements: Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before any associated balance may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not subject to any active bonus promotion are always freely withdrawable subject to KYC completion.
• Withdrawal verification: nam4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players will be notified promptly and given clear guidance on the documentation required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

nam4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration, passed KYC verification, and meet any additional eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion (such as minimum deposit amount, deposit method, or game category).
• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on eligible games. Certain game categories — including live dealer tables, certain high-RTP slots, and crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely. The applicable contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically at the end of this period and the Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account.
• One bonus per promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. nam4d reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards where it reasonably suspects that a Player has attempted to claim the same promotion multiple times, whether through the same account or through multiple accounts.
• Abuse prevention: Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational Players. nam4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, reverse any bonus credit, and close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, or systematic low-margin wagering designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a Bonus Fund is 5x the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account balance.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply across all products and game categories available on the nam4d platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets, wagers, and game rounds are subject to acceptance by nam4d. nam4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its discretion, including where it suspects technical error, pricing error, collusion, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds and pricing: Published odds are correct at the time of display but are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play (live) odds are updated in real time and the odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds confirmed on the bet receipt issued immediately after placement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window; a manifest error in odds or market pricing; system errors that affect the integrity of a game round; or the discovery that a Player placed a bet using information not publicly available at the time of placement.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. If any single selection in a mix parlay is void, that selection will be removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections will stand at adjusted odds. Specific mix parlay rules, including minimum selection counts and maximum payout caps, are published in the Sportsbook product section.
• Live casino and slots: All live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Slot games are provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, nam4d's system will complete the round based on the outcome registered by the game server at the time of disconnection. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing.
• Maximum winnings: nam4d applies maximum single-transaction payout limits, which vary by product and are published within each product section. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a single bet, game round, or tournament prize will be capped at that maximum amount.

7 Responsible Gaming

nam4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe betting environment for all Players. The following tools and commitments form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Age restriction: nam4d is strictly a 21+ platform. We do not knowingly accept registrations from or provide services to any person under 21 years of age.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the Account settings or by contacting customer support. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players may set session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nam4d platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, at nam4d's sole discretion:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or mechanical device to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game outcome.
• Exploiting any software error, system vulnerability, or pricing mistake that provides a clearly unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be reversed.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. nam4d complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the nam4d customer support team or any other Player on the platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that nam4d reasonably believes constitutes bonus abuse, as described in Clause 5 above.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the nam4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to nam4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the nam4d platform without the prior written consent of nam4d.

10 Privacy & Data

nam4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the nam4d Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the third parties with whom we may share it, and your rights regarding your personal data. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nam4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions and the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nam4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or any of its Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any Service;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any game outcome, odds display, or account balance calculation that were not caused by nam4d's wilful misconduct;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nam4d holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents nam4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm.

Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia and that they access and use the nam4d platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative. It is each Player's personal responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful under any laws applicable to them.

13 Amendments

nam4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, nam4d will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the nam4d platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request closure of your Account before the revised terms take effect.
